booking an appointment indicates you have read and agree to the following policies:
**If you cancel last minute due to covid exposure the cancelation fee will still be charged. However, upon rescheduling the fee will be credited toward the appointment with proof of a negative test result.**

No shows will automatically be charged up to 100% of the service total.

Cancellations must be made 24 hrs before your appt to prevent being charged the late cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service total.

If you no-show or cancel last minute to an appointment that would not have been charged to you, there will still be a cancellation/no-show fee of $50 as that spot could have been filled from my cancellation list with proper notice.

If you reschedule an appt more than three times within a couple of days of the appt there will be a cancellation fee. As such please do not book unless you plan to set aside the time and know you can make it.

Come alone to your appointments. Guests will be asked to wait in the lobby. You must wear a mask.

If you are more than 10 mins late to your appt without notifying me and making sure we will still have time you will be asked to reschedule and a late cancellation fee will be charged. If you are my last appointment I will leave after 15 minutes. Please let me know if you are running late!!

I do not work over other lash techs work. Please schedule a removal and full set. I tend to book up a month in advance. I recommend new lash sets to prebook their next 2 fill appointments. It is the clients responsibility to ensure the fill appointments are booked in a timely manner. More than 4 weeks will be charged at the full set price. Despite still having lashes left at 4 weeks, most will be very grown out and require removal necessitating a full set.
