Policies

For permanent makeup clients, the intake for must be completed and the appointment prep and contraindications complied with before appointment will be accepted.
For lash appts restrictions and contraindications must be read before booking.
Deposit required for new clients
24-Hour Cancellation
Cancellations or reschedules require 24 hours’ notice. Less than 24 hours will be charged 50%. No-shows will be charged 75%.
Late Arrival
15+ minutes late requires rescheduling and a 50% fee. No contact after 15 minutes = no-show; 75% will be charged.
Frequent Rescheduling
After 3 reschedules of the same appointment, full payment is required to rebook.
Groupons
No-shows will result in automatic redemption and forfeiture of value.
Deposits & Charges
Deposits apply to service or may be refunded/used as a tip. Cancellation fees will auto-charge to the card on file. Failed payments = booking ban
Lash Models/Giveaways
You are receiving a service at the model pricing or free (if giveaway). As a model/giveaway you must agree that your artist has complete creative control over the set provided. You must agree you cannot receive a refund or leave a negative review if I don’t like the style since the point of an artist doing a model call is for them to do a specific set of THEIR choosing.
You will need to consent to photos/videos which may include full face to be posted for marketing purposes on social media and RAD Beauty website.
You will be eligible to receive a $15 discount (*or 1 free fill #5 below) for all fills of this set as long as you maintain the following criteria.

Must post and tag RAD Beauty @radbeauty0 in the caption within 24 hrs of full set.

Must post and tag RAD Beauty @radbeauty0 in the caption at least once per month.

If you discontinue fills, all future fills and full sets will be normal pricing.

If you have less than 50% of the extensions left, the appointment will be normal pricing.

You will receive 1 free fill for every referred full set of extensions. (after they have completed their service and paid. Normal fill only. If you have less than 50% you will not be eligible for a free fill).
*we can make adjustments to the style of the set at future fill appointments if you didn’t care for the style of the initial full set. Please note pricing will be adjusted accordingly if you go up to a mega volume set or down to a traditional classic set.
Referrals Program
**referral discounts will not apply to wedding parties. In salon, individual services only.**
15% off your next service for each new client you refer that books and pays for new service (excludes waxes). Make sure they let me know you referred them.
