For permanent makeup clients, the intake for must be completed and the appointment prep and contraindications complied with before appointment will be accepted.

For lash appts restrictions and contraindications must be read before booking.
 

New Clients- deposit will be required to secure your appointment. 

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% and no-shows will be responsible for 75% of the service total.

•  If you arrive 15 minutes late, you will need to reschedule and a 50% late cancellation fee will apply. If we don’t hear from you within 15 minutes, we’ll consider it a no-show and you'll be responsible for 75% of the service total. Communication is key—we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

• Rescheduling more than three times will require non-refundable/non transferable payment in full before rebooking.

• Cancellation policy fees will be charged to the card on file automatically. If your card declines you will be banned from booking.
